Traktor can't differentiate between a track and a sample

So I'm trying to organize my tracks and samples in Traktor.

When I select "All Tracks", it shows all my samples and tracks (I only want it to show tracks). When I select "All Samples", it only shows the samples that came with Traktor in the default directory, and all my other samples are missing.

Under "File Management" in the preferences, I have set my Sample Dir to the directory where my samples are, and my Music Folders only contains my directory with tracks in it. There are no samples in my tracks directory.

How do I set Traktor to only put samples in "All Samples" and only put tracks in "All Tracks"?
