Best way to add a source w/ traktor s2
Best way to add a source w/ traktor s2 Posted on: 24.02.2013 by Isis Genwright Was playing at a house party and got bombarded with a bunch of random requests like reggaeton. Since everyone has iPhones, they have music with them so I just plugged it straight into the source. Next time I'd like to make it smoother, so should I get a splitter that goes into the source? (ie... traktor in one, mp3 player in the other) Or will that reduce the quality of the music, because 99 percent is coming from the s2. I was also believeing of getting a cable and using the mic input for the input...Which is better? Thanks. | |

Isis Genwright 24.02.2013 | Thanks, I just ordered a iRig Mix last week to play with. Would that affect the music quality it to run the s2 through one of the channels? |
Lisa Lochotzki 24.02.2013 | You could still use another soundcard and make a ASIO patch with JACK...OR simply add a small mixer to your setup. |
