Newbie seeking Spectra-like Sanwa buttons

Hi,

Sorry if this issue has been discussed too many time... I couldn't find any answers though...

I designing a new controller and was hoping I could use buttons similar to the Sanwa buttons on the Spectra controller - illuminated button + led ring.
(next would be the illuminated pot, but it can wait).
Unfortunately, I was unable to find anything similar.

So far, I've found these options:
Clear buttons - since DJTT are out of stock, these could do
Led buttons - both ArcEye3 and this Uila led required buttons mod (which I prefer not to do).
Led ring - Pele ring

If anyone knows of any other/better alternative, please share...
