2 second hand NI KONTROL X1'1

please help with buying 2 second hand X1'1
hi all so as the heading states im looking at buying a set of X1's .

the seller dose not have software discs .. is there a way around this for me to still use them 100%

i know when i sold my S2 i had to de register my product so the new user could register it on his name .

dose it work the same with the X1's ?

& what should i look out for when buying them 2nd hand like this ..?

I know you can download the driver online 100%, i'm not sure about the registering and i know that all it comes with is the traktor LE version.
