Monte Carlo Theme Party

Hello, I am in a little bit of a dilema... I will be DJing a banquet for my college and their theme this year is Monte Carlo! I know its really wide to what music can be played... For the first couple hours they require me to keep in the Theme and then i can do what ever i want (i have done more events so they know we will have fun with the music)

My questions in your opinions what songs fall under this Monte Carlo Theme?

I usually start Monte Carlo evening s with Rat-Pack era music. Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr, etc.. I also use revival swing like Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums, and Royal Crown Revue.
