English or Local language?
Posted on: 03.07.2013 by Kathe Teetsel
Hello there,

recently I've started resurrecting one of my DJ Fan Pages, however I'm struggling with one tiny problem... Should i post in English or my local language (Czech)? Since our fan base is located in Czech Republic right now (70) fans only, the correct posting language is Czech. On the other hand, Czech republic is a small country and the world is a big vast space where a big chunk of the population speaks English more or less and i would love to get more listens, likes or soundcloud hearts from the outside world.

BTW. have anyone been using justgomusic? Are you experiencing so many bugs with scheduled posts, weird behaviour while editing?

Thx. Criss (Part of the Madboyz)

That makes sense (not only limiting to Moscow), but unless you believe you have what it takes to become continental popular artists, go with English, but if you want to become big in Czech Republic, go with local.

You could start posting twice, once in English and once in Czech. I've seen some of the foreign DJs I listen to do it.

Keep it local is my vote, I see many Russian bands keeping their facebook pages in Russian.
