Best tutorials on scratching/beat matching with Turntables? Posted on: 09.07.2013 by Dia Laryea I'm recently getting into mixing with Vinyl, not to mention I have a pair of Novation Dicers and an Audio Interface on my way so I can finally begin, but I can't seem to find any reasonable tutorials on scratching/beat matching when using Vinyl on turntables.Anyone know of any that are good? Thanks! | |

Yong Aptekar 09.07.2013 | A little bit of searching on this community
will give you these answers: Youtube-ellaskins Dj Angelo Qbert scratch U Google search of "dj tutorials" or "scratch tutorials" will give you the same answers. It would help immensely if you looked in the cdj/vinyl community here. |
Dedra Kreinbring 09.07.2013 | DJ Angelo does some nice ones. Also you can get them on a headshell shaped USB. |

Nelida Ghouse 09.07.2013 | Actually, here I looked em up for you. I couldn't see stabs but stabs = cutting except you push the record forward instead of letting go. |

Chile is an amazing scratcher (2011 WTK World Scratch champion) and he has really good fundamentals. For even more basic stuff youtube "qbert diy" and videos should come up. I would stick to chirps and stabs for now, those are the bread and butter of scratching. |
