Issues with connecting to Mixlr - Can anyone help? Posted on: 03.07.2013 by Jarrod Grindel Hello All,I'm running the latest version of the Mixlr app. I'm having issues with connecting to Mixlr's server. I have set Mixlr as an exception in my Kaspersky Firewall, I have also set it up as an expection in the Windows7 Firewall. As soon as the application trys to connect to Mixlr I immediatley get kicked off. I get the Windows7 error bubble pop up. It's most frustrating, and no matter what I do I just can't seem to connect to Mixlr. I use SKY unlimited broadband. I have checked my bandwith and have well over 800Mpbs so that's not the issue. Can anyone help me out there??? I have attached an image to this post showing a screen shot of the expection changes I have made in Kaspersky and the error message I'm getting from Windows7. mixlr-screen-shot.jpg | |

Tonia Kalagher 17.07.2013 | Hi DJ Sato! We've got an article here which should help: http://blog.mixlr.com/how-to-broadca...ky-anti-virus/ Let me know if it sorts it for you. cheers Rob |
Dannie Dimora 03.07.2013 | Try disabling kaspersky. If that solves the issue, uninstall it and get avg. If it doesn't, try flushing your dns cache by typing in the run box ipconfig /flushdns |
