Reply to DJM 2000 Light Diagnostics?

Anybody know how to make all the lights on a DJM light up like in the picture? Pioneer could only tell me it was part of a diagnostic function... not sure if it's even possible without some special software but if anyone knows and could shed some light that would be sweet!
