Reply to Ecler Nuo 3 Fader

Hey guys, my crossfader in my Ecler Nuo 3 has gotten awfully stiff lately, so I was believeing about cleaning it and adding some lubricant to make it move supple again. However, when I unscrewed the top, I saw that the fader is in a casing, which you can't really remove easily. How can I best approach this?
