Reply to Traktor Pro S4 Serial?

So I just received my S4 and I love it. I however bought it open box..when I tried to activate the software it says it was already registered with another account. I already emailed the ranking s folks but I guess they are closed for the weekend. Guess I am out of luck until Monday folks? =(
