Reply to Purchased S4 Two Days Ago, No Traktor Pro 2 Update Included?

So I finally purchased The Traktor Kontrol S4 two days ago, its been working wonders. On the original box it says that Traktor 2 is included, but when I loaded up the disk it installed the regular Traktor. (?) Searched around online, saw that most people received an email provided with a link to the update. Am I supposed to be waiting on an email?

When I open up Traktor, at the top left it will say "TRAKTOR PRO S4." I really don't want to find out that I purchased this two days ago, and will not be able to have the newest software that came out a few days prior my initial purchase. I also tried calling Native Instruments technical support and it wouldn't connect my call. Any answer/help to the right path would be greatly appreciated.
