Reply to S4 Turntable Timecode Problems!

First off shout outs to this community truly amazing, i post almost every other day and receive help all the time. ok so heres my problem, i have two tt-200 turntables that work great but when set up with the s4 the right turntable/deck b is always like .40 bpm faster . ive switched the turntables and used different ones on the same traktor scratch system and everytime the right table/deck b is just slightly faster making beat macthing more difficult, any ideas of what the problem could be. Next another problem which is less s4 specific; last friday i dj'd my first club gig with the s4+tables and i ended up having to turn the tables off. First off the needles kept bouncing and skipping messing up the track, any help on how to make them not skip from people jumping or high bass? and then also when in a full live situation they started picking up too much feedback even when grounded and couldnt calibrate correctly, but when djing in my house with them they calibrate perfect. anyhelp would be awesome thanks!
