Reply to Left Scrolling Knob Won't Work?

Hey guys,

you know the scrolling knob right underneath where it says "ON AIR/SAMPLES" ? Whenever I'm trying to scroll through a track, it won't work at all, let alone move. Is there any way to fix this? It'll go at an extremely slow pace, even when it's up to 32.
