Reply to NHL to Midi Converter

Has anyone found a program that can convert Traktor NHL to Midi?

I'm getting really frustrated with my options regarding running the S4 into Ableton. With all of the HID converters out there that can translate messages from a video game controller or a mouse there must be one out there "I Hope" that can understand NHL protocol.
