Reply to TP 2 + S4 - Scratch upgrade?

I already own an S4 and I was believeing about getting a turntable to muck around on. I believe it will be fun to try something new and learn to scratch and do some traditional beatmatching on vinyls. Any of you guys do the upgrade and are you happy with it? Never did use vinyls before. Would it be fine just to purchase one turntable for now?
