I have recalibrated the jog wheels and even went to the original settings. Usually the gear works just fine but several times this has happened and right now its stuck like this. Twice it happened when I had a gig at Playhouse and Vanguard so it really is unacceptable for this to happen.

It is recommended to recalibrate before gigs, just like you would with timecode.

Can some one quickly reference me to where in the settings it allows me to calibrate my jogs. I seem to be skipping over it somewhere and it's frustrating me at the moment.

I know this is kind of weird but where do you find your music? There is some good stuff in the playlist in your video haha.

If you uninstall the program make sure you go into the program files and delete them all. I had a problem similar to that however when I reinstalled it it didn't work so I had to completely erase it off the machine and start fresh

You did recalibrate the jogs, right?

a few things.

1. How come no TP2?
2. Try to uninstall and reinstall your software. I read about this same issue and that seemed to fix it.
3. Lastly if you have TP1, try loading a TSI for TP1 with your S4 and see if works fine.

I would load TP2 and go from there. TPS4 was not ready when it came out, hence why TPS4 had quite a few fixes to it.

You can try removing the plates and reinstalling them, but I believe in the end you'll have to contact NI support.
