S4 + Maschine?
S4 + Maschine? Posted on: 17.05.2011 by Brandie Lebeau Were believeing about using my S4 along with my Maschine. Thought using the pads as "cuepoints" (8 for each deck), and the knobs for filters would have been perfect for my style of DJ'ing. Do I have to map this myself, or are there any previously made mappings? Help please! Thanks. | |

Merry Piesik 29.05.2011 | Has anyone ever mapped something like Shiftee does in this video? He calls it plooping. Basically playing micro loops with minor changes to make melodies. I would love to have that on the Maschine pads. He explains how to map it... I just need to sit down and give it a shot I guess. Just getting back into dj'ing though so I've got my hands full with a lot of other stuff too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iy96Al2iEcQ |
Valda Wallisch 20.05.2011 | It won't be too hard to map so i would do it my self. Making mapping by yourself is always better than just downloading premade. You get a better feel for your own! ;-) |

Maxwell Bonifas 17.05.2011 | do a search for DJ Endo's Maschine traktor mapping it rox |
Lisa Lochotzki 17.05.2011 | Ah I see, well, have a look there http://www.traktorbible.com/freaks/mappingone.aspx?id=5 |
Brandie Lebeau 17.05.2011 | I've found the "traditional" Maschine.tsi, but this is not even near what I want. That's just for controlling two decks, which will be completely worthless for me, since I've got the S4. |
Lisa Lochotzki 17.05.2011 | There's already made template ready to load from it, and then some TSI to import into traktor, and a couple of video on youtube if you're more a 'visual' type of guy. |
Brandie Lebeau 17.05.2011 | I've tried to use the Controller Editor, but it's quite a problem to understand all the commands. |
Lisa Lochotzki 17.05.2011 | Make friend with the Controller Editor software & dig traktor folders... yes there is. |
