Question About Exchanging My S4
Question About Exchanging My S4 Posted on: 09.06.2011 by Morton Shillow I recently bought my s4 at guitarcenter 6 days ago and I noticed that one of the filter knobs is pretty loose when I rotate it compared to all the other knobs which are tough and tight. I'm wondering if it's possible for me to exchange my s4 for a new one since it's within the 14 day return period? If anyone had any experiences with this, please let me know! Thanks for reading! | |

Len Lukawski 09.06.2011 | I got mine from GC in Cleveland and they told me they would exchange within 30 days. I got a 3 year extended warranty for $129 as that also covers accidental damage too. Call your store and talk to the Pro Audio guys first. Get that person's name and make sure they will be there when you want to go in - that should minimize your time there. |
Christel Milito 09.06.2011 | I had to return my S4 to guitar center the 4 days after buying it (when it first came out) - due to the platter locking up the deck - no problems at all - they didnt even check the contents and accepted it and gave me a credit because it was sold out |
Leeanna Ayla 09.06.2011 | I've heard it's a pretty straightforward process with exchanges at Guitar Center. The prudent thing to do would be to de-register your software first because they'll more than likely sell it as open box. That will just make it easier for the person who buys it to register it. http://co.native-instruments.com/ind...?id=regsuppfrm |
