Need some answers .. Posted on: 13.06.2011 by Kathaleen Rannebarger So, ive been searching all over the internet, without finding the answer .. so!I have been a controllerist i while now, my friend has Pioneer MK3 i believe. Now, i'm getting bigger on the DJ Scene in swedish evening clubs and i want him to run along. Is there anyway we can DJ together with both my S4 and he's cd players? Thanks alot. Cheers Also, in 2 days i have my first big gig, im rolin with the s4 and a mbp 15". Anything special i need to know? Love, dont hate! | |

Derek Feast 13.06.2011 | You should be able to do so just fine, provided you're running Traktor Scratch Pro 2 (the version with timecode enabled). You could control decks A & B from the S4 and use the MK3s on decks C & D, connected to the live-input jacks on the back of the S4. You'd still need to do mixing/crossfading on the S4 but this should work. I run a similar setup sometimes with 1 or 2 TTs connected to the S4, with TSP2. |
