how would one go about purchasing a flame tube and are they safe to use on stage?

I mean is there a place that sells something similar to this that is safe and wont start the place on fire if for some reason it gets knocked over?

Sweet! I have a mate who has something similiar, a flame tube.

Basically it flames to the beat - best way to keep the annoying requesters away!!!

Check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fk6h0obsfU4

Edit: Jump to 1.12 for the action
