Reply to s4 problems

When i went to install the software that the s4 came from the serial number they gave me for the product was for the traktor pro 2 not the traktor s4, also i never received my free scratch pro upgrade? When i use traktor pro 2 i cannot get the s4 to work and when i use the traktor pro s4 program i can only use it in demo mode!

How do i go about getting a new serial number? i cannot get in touch with djranking s and NI hasnt gotten back to me yet. any ideas why this would happen?
