Reply to DJTT Please Help S4 problem :(

Hey guys it's me again I'm having some real frustrating audio problems with my S4 here's a short video of my problem

Take a look at this video and if anyone has any ideas what I'm doing wrong please let me know . When I find out I know it's going to be the smallest little thing I'm doing wrong :P Help would be appreciated greatly thank you
