Reply to BOSS FS-6 with S4?

I am looking forward to a two turntable + S4 setup, and wanted to retain vinyl control and live input functionality from the turntables (in tracks C & D).

Would a Boss FS-6 dual footswitch work with the S4 to switch tracks from live input to vinyl control and back (A pedal for track C and B pedal for Track D)?
