Reply to S2 + Midi Fighter question

Hey just a quick question..
just got my midi fighter today and i have to say this thing RULES.'
Been playing around with different mappings and i was wondering if there was any way i can use a mapping on my midi fighter AND still have full control of the FX buttons 1&2 on my Traktor?
i want to use this mapping http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=10137 but have control of the other effects on the s2. VERY new to this. so any form of help is greatly appreciated Thanks.
