Reply to Beginner S4 Help

Hi! I'm new to the DJ world and just picked up an S4. I've had it a couple weeks and have been loving it.

Today I ran into something strange, my cross-fader no longer seems to working. It's like it's permanently set in the middle position. It was working fine last time. All other controls seem to be working fine.

I tried recalibrating, and the software (Traktor Pro 2) said it recalibrated correctly. I displayed the fader in the interface, and the position shown on the screen is correct in relation to the S4's fader.

I believe it must be something extremely simple, like I accidently turned it off when playing with the shift key and other buttons, but I don't know how I did it. I have not messed around with remapping the controls or anything like that.

I really hope this is something simple and not a hardware problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
