Reply to S4 is skipping

I'm having a problem with my s4. when i have a track playing on one of my decks it works fine, but when i hit play on my other deck and start to fade into the second track one of the tracks will start skipping usually the one i'm trying to fade too.

it doesn't happen every time but frequently.

i've tried restoring the software to default and recalibrating everything.
