Reply to S4 Not Working with HP-DV7 & Windows 7

I recently purchased a new Kontrol S4. I hooked it up to my relatively new HP Pavilion dv7-6163us laptop with Windows 7 (64bit).

After installing the Traktor Pro 2 software and running all the updates using the NI service center, I am unable to get the S4 to properly work. I have followed all the NI Windows 7 Tuning Tips for audio processing (http://www.native-instruments.com/kn...dio+processing).

I used the wizard to setup my S4 and have left all the default settings intact. I am able to load tracks to my decks, but when I press the PLAY button, it simply flashes the play button on the software & the song doesn
