Reply to S4 won't connect with Traktor, USB light solidly lit

Alright so I bought an S4 from another community member on here.

I'm kind of a traktor noob so this may be really easy to fix. I installed the drivers for the S4 and then opened Traktor and plugged it in. It flashed all the lights and the USB light went from blinking to solid. Now after plugging it in the USB light just sits there with a solid light but I can't get Traktor to connect to the controller.

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?
