First s2 remix w/ DJTT Mapping :)

I wanted to feel super cool and remix a track with the djtt mapping so I whipped this together. a little rough but im happy with it.

I only used the second fx thingy and you will hear it but I like how easy it is to use on the fly.

My bad.

Thanks for taking the time to respond with an intelligent comment though.

On topic again...
Listening to this again totally encouraged me to experiment a little more with cue points and effects toevening while I was practicing. I don't usually do that much since I find it hard to come up with tight sounding stuff on the fly but had fun trying anyway.
Good stuff man, I got the insperation in the first place from the Ean Golden video however I didnt have the time to really create a awesome mash up with crazy que points and stuff.

The two tracks seemed like they would flow together and the way the s2 allows you to remix on the fly just made it fun.

Im believeing of doing a ellie goulding and doctor p remix but not sure yet :P

If so, I mean that more as that is my preference in style.

I'm under the impression that it was some sort of 'live' routine since it's in the s2/s4 section of the community , and it seems typical for routines to be a ton of button smashing with piles of effects.
Though I respect the challenge of that style, I much prefer listening to something that feels more like a composed song like this did to me.

Hopefully that clears up any confusion you had... unless your comment wasn't for me, in which case I've probably just caused more confusion.

@blair unfortunately no my comment was not directed at you. I should have clarified that. Wunderman4 said he opened it up for download if we wanted to add to it. I replied to him, more as a joke than anything.
But yes, i agree, if I were to listen to something, say on my ipod, it's better to have it sound like an actual song than a bunch of cut up vocals mixed with a bunch of effects. On the other hand, if you do have the skills to do that style of super beat-mashing and hotcue mania while still keeping fluidity within the track, more power to ya.

Nice. I really enjoyed that.

I very much approve of how it wasn't gratuitously mashed up and instead kept a flow that was easy to listen to.
