First s2 remix w/ DJTT Mapping :)
First s2 remix w/ DJTT Mapping :) Posted on: 13.02.2012 by Perla Frymyer I wanted to feel super cool and remix a track with the djtt mapping so I whipped this together. a little rough but im happy with it. http://soundcloud.com/chriswunder/19...ix-finial-edit I only used the second fx thingy and you will hear it but I like how easy it is to use on the fly. | |

Though I respect the challenge of that style, I much prefer listening to something that feels more like a composed song like this did to me. Hopefully that clears up any confusion you had... unless your comment wasn't for me, in which case I've probably just caused more confusion. |

Thanks for taking the time to respond with an intelligent comment though. On topic again... Listening to this again totally encouraged me to experiment a little more with cue points and effects toevening while I was practicing. I don't usually do that much since I find it hard to come up with tight sounding stuff on the fly but had fun trying anyway. |
Maude Milesky 15.02.2012 | @blair unfortunately no my comment was not directed at you. I should have clarified that. Wunderman4 said he opened it up for download if we wanted to add to it. I replied to him, more as a joke than anything. But yes, i agree, if I were to listen to something, say on my ipod, it's better to have it sound like an actual song than a bunch of cut up vocals mixed with a bunch of effects. On the other hand, if you do have the skills to do that style of super beat-mashing and hotcue mania while still keeping fluidity within the track, more power to ya. |

Maude Milesky 15.02.2012 | Is that a challenge? lol |
Margurite Mcnamar 15.02.2012 | Nice. I really enjoyed that. I very much approve of how it wasn't gratuitously mashed up and instead kept a flow that was easy to listen to. |
