Reply to s2 wont connect

Recently at a gig, i had my S2 go out cold on me, playing fine all evening then all of the sudden, it was dead.

Tried re-installing S2 drivers to no avail.

Any ideas guys on what could have gone wrong/ how to fix and prevent in the future?

Any help would be much appreciated, i am about to do a clean install of traktor and see if that has any effect.
