Reply to 1ST Gig and S4 Froze

Has anyone had this issues...

I used the S4 at home with no issues everything worked fine then during the end of my Gig last evening it Froze channel A was playing the led's on the meter were all lit strait up I changed songs it would load press play nothing, I shut down Traktor nothing, I shut down the S4 and rebooted Traktor and it worked all my latency is down could this have been a single glitch it never happened before...
