Reply to Traktor s4 issues

My Traktor S4 came in yesterday. I set everything up and Traktor Pro 2 will not recognize the S4. I've downloaded all of the drivers but it's still not working. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled everything multiple times.

**I'm using Traktor pro 2.1.1 . Native Instruments only allows me to download Traktor 2.5 now but I don't have OSX 10.6. I only have 10.5. I'm pissed because I should still be able to use the S4 with an older version. Especially since 2.5 hasn't been fully released yet.

Can anyone help me? I've been waiting for months for this. I finally got it and now I can't use it.
