Reply to Brand New Traktor S4 not working!!!! HELP PLEASE!

Hey

I have just bought a brand newTraktor Kontrol S4 today from the shop.
When I plug my controller, all the lights blinks one time, like it is supposed to do on every start-up of the controller.
But when that's done, the only light on is the Master(USB?)-LED.
What does this mean?

I've restarted the controller, Traktor 2 and my computer.
I've also checked device manager and I CAN see the controller in the USB-hub section.
Music also plays through the device but none of the rest of the lights are on and I can not control Traktor via the S4.
I have chosen S4 as my audio device.
I have updated the recent drivers ( downloaded it and restarted computer when prompted, thats all I have to do right?)
I have followed instructions with the set up in the manual and still nothing.

I already had Traktor Pro 2 before I got the s4 but went through the start up wizard as well when starting up and still nothing.



So does anybody have an Idea what this could be? THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING HAVING BOUGHT THE EQUIPMENT AND NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH IT!!! I hope this is simple to fix.

I am running a Mac OS X 10.5.8 by the way if that matters.
