Reply to Mixing In Key: Remix Decks/Sample Decks

Hey everyone,

Ive recently started to work with mixing in key and have come across something interesting.

When mixing I like to keep the key lock on and will adjust down or up to match or harmonically mix tracks, up 1% or down 1% to mix according to the Chamelot wheel. However I noticed if the key is adjusted up or down, taking a loop from a track deck and dropping it into a remix deck will not keep this adjusted key notation.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm believeing the same might go for the loop recorder?

Has anyone had problems with this? Is there anyway to fix this?
