Reply to Flight case question

I posted this here because the flight case I need is for an S4.

Finally stepping out of Vinyl and into the digital world this is something that concerns me a bit.

So basically what I'm trying to find out are 2 things.

1. How do you feel about flight cases/coffins that put your laptop front and center between you and the crowd.

2. What is the best alternative to avoid this but still be able to consolidate for transport?
