Reply to S4 problem....please help

Hi guys,
I'm having issues with my S4. Brought it back home after a usb connector fix from a local shop and now play and load button dont work. I downloaded the new version from Native Instrument website and still dont work.. others button work with no problem..please give me some advise or how do I correct this problem...
