Reply to Streaming live on Mixify w/S4?

Hey, I attempted to setup my audio signal on Mixify, but I guess Im confused as to the best way to do this. I understand that Mixify can't just pick up and mirror the master out from Traktor. That would really simplify things. It seems that you have to either A) route the output of the s4 to it's own input and select that as the input to Mixify, or B) route Traktors sound to Soundflower and use that as the input to Mixify. I normally run my main 1/4" outs to my monitor. I tried the first method by using the main rca output (simultaneously w/ the 1/4"s still going to my monitors) going back into the S4 mic input (using an RCA to 1/4" cable) and it barely registered a signal on Mixify. I sent the same RCA out to my MOTU 828 on another computer and got the same weak signal.

Is this because I'm not supposed to use the main 1/4" and RCA at the same time?

If so, does that mean I have to mix in my cue track only and send my main outs somewhere else to mix live on Mixify?

Is there a way to incorporate Soundflower and still use my S4s audio?
