Reply to Traktors4 sotware cuts off

When using my traktor s4, it cuts off unexpectedly a few times in my playing, please get back to me asap and let me know what it could be the problem. This can be very embarassing when I play out, because I have know idea when it is going to cutoff for a few seconds.
