Reply to Newbie post - remove folders added to favorites list

How the heck to I remove the folders from the favorites list? My playlists are there, but I accidentally added too many folders and now I can't get rid of them. No right click nothing. I'm using OSX and can't find anywhere on the drive where they are kept.
