how can I?, he has the receipt and he insured it. Only the sender can make a claim. Regardless there was no exterior damage to the parcel, it seems he knew there was something wrong and now he's refusing to take responsibility for it.

Plus Paul before getting this thread opened I even txted you about this, you could have during that time or even replied back to my messages but you didn't. As I mentioned I thought you were a cool guy to deal with so I hope we can sort this out here, I pmed you if you were happy to pay for the replacement cost of the push encoder then I cancel the claim which is more than fair.

Double thanks for replying, I be happy to open the private messages to the moderator. There is an issue with the knob encoder, it works but not the push function which allows micro adjustments. I guess its my fault for not fully reading the manual but with time not being on my side I couldn't test everything at once.

I did contact you about these and you stated you were happy to refund me, apologetic about the whole situation and then complete blanket silence afterwards. This was about a week me sending messages to you asking what was happening and no response until now. I'm unsure why you feel like I'm ripping you off where I have been transparent and honest with you throughout communications.

Anyway if you can refund the price of the getting the encoder fixed which is a relatively cheap replacement then I be happy to cancel the claim otherwise we can wait until Paypal decides.

I never admitted to selling a faulty Mikro, this added to what has already been claimed hasn't really helped me trust the buyer. Is it possible for moderators to access private messages? I would like them to have a look at our conversations so they can confirm what I'm saying.

Initially I was gutted about the buyers claims, hence my first reaction was to offer a full refund plus P&P costs, but after believeing about the buyers claims I feared that I was getting ripped off, seriously how can it take a "whole week" to discover something that was described as "clearly" bent compered to the pictures I provided. I also struggle to see how a Maschine Mikro could possibly get damaged while being delivered, the postman would have to be playing football with the thing to damage it.

The Paypal dispute has been opened which is really the ONLY place where these claims should be discussed, personally I'd rather not of had to explain this whole dispute in this thread but thought I should considering the gravity of the claims made against me.

The Mikro was described as mint condition as that was the case when it was packed and delivered, I have a long list of happy and successful sells through ranking s and I'm very disappointed that this one has turned sour.

not at all, I've had issues with kijiji (Craigslist) and was covered by PayPal. as long as you select goods and NOT services, you are covered! Ive had to use it twice !
