Reply to Looking for a writing/mixing partner

So the story goes like this... I got into mixing about 1 month ago and am partnered up with a youtube channel called Operation Dutch House. Then my friend who's really good with FL Studios listened to my mixes and liked them a lot and said he thought I'd be really good at producing. So he taught me how to produce on FL Studios and we were going to produce music together and what not. He moved out of his house and I never hear from him anymore so apparently this isn't going to work out except that I still really want to mix and produce. Anyone who has any kind of ambitions in doing this with some DJ/producing experience hit me up or look me up on soundcloud (DJ4fterGlo) send me a message or something.
