Mixing Help (Genre to genre) Posted on: 26.05.2012 by Miyoko Salandra Does anybody know of tracks that go from genre to genre in the same track?Examples would be Modestep - Sunlight (Dubstep to Drum & Bass) or Skrillex - Right on Time (Trance to Glitch Hop) or Xilent - Clear Your Mind (Drum & Bass to Electro House). | Jolynn Schroyer 27.05.2012 | Try and find tracks with the same key. Use mixed in key its a program to help detect the keys of each of you're tracks, Its easy to make transitions if both tracks are harmonically mixed by using key detection. Google the camelot wheel on google images, shows you what keys go smoothly with other keys. Hope that helps you out, good luck. |
