This a great webinar for home recording artists and DJs, covering post production techniques for remixing and recreating original songs and recordings. The remix has become a near essential part of today's recording industry. We invite you to come participate in our discussion! Our focus of this User Group will be on remixing music with MIDI control and sampling techniques.

As we delve into the exciting world of remixing and sampling, we will utilize the software tools Ableton Live and Mixed in Key, in combination with Behringer keyboard and MIDI controllers. These universal techniques can be utilized for most software and MIDI controllers. We will be improvising a remix during the webinar. Here are some of the techniques we will cover:

*warping audio, samples and creating loops in Ableton live
*organizing your sound library
*using software to help pick sounds that go together
*getting hands on with transposing samples
*improvising arrangements
*hacking grooves
