Reply to Tips for mixing top 40 pop music?

Hi all,

I new to mixing top40/pop music and can't really seem to get the hang of it.

For EDM there's usually a bass drop or extended version or repeated beats for track to track transitions. But for pop music it's almost all vocals, which is why I'm finding difficulties.

I tried googling, but can't find any helpful stuff. Any of you guys have tips? Or a video tutorial or article explaining how to mix pop music would be great.
