Reply to Lights on the Deck Not Responding

As the title states, I fired up my 400 today and it played fine, buttons did their actions just finie, but the lights did not. When I would stop/start the song the play button would stay a hard yellow. When I would activate effect banks A and B their lights would not turn on.

Tried turning it off and on but that didn't seem to help. Any ideas out there as to what may fix this?
