Reply to Getting the jog wheel LEDs to spin

On some controllers (the VCI-380 and the DDJ-SX for example) around the jogwheel or inside it, there will be a ring with a light that spins around when a track is playing, simulating marking a vinyl record with a piece of tape. The VCI-400 has an LED ring but is there a way to get the light to rotate around the platter or would that require modding?
