Reply to Vestax VCI-400 Control windows system sound

Hi guys,

I have a VCI400 and want to control the volume of my Windows 7 system using the master knob. Im using the XLR outputs currently and notice that when I get out of Traktor and do other things the sound is full blast and the system volume slider does nothing even if I mute.

Only in windows media player or VCL player can I control the volume output.

I have the Vestax VCI 400 selceted as my audio device in control panel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything works fine in Traktor and Serato
