Mainstage Map for Midi-Fighter
Mainstage Map for Midi-Fighter Posted on: 13.01.2010 by Edna Cuzzo I'm working on a sweet mapping for music performance on the Midi-Fighter:Here's a video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v6IasnRMZ0 Hopefully I can post it up here soon, as well as get a better quality video up. In other news, I went with all black buttons on the clear plate and it looks sick! The top buttons are mapped to momentary effects, the lower twelve playing the best notes for drum kits. There's about 15 different sounds with these effects in the patch list. There are Analog Drums, Digital Drums, and Synths. Additionally, if you add on some more controls, you can control the rotary knobs to tweak out the sounds even more! Exciting! Any questions/ideas? I would love it if someone with some real talent at this kind-of instrumentation gave this a whirl and posted up something! Here's the better looking HD vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IouwyxCVZ1w and on Vimeo: (best quality, probably the fastest to load.) http://www.vimeo.com/8727964 And the link to the .concert file: http://www.mediafire.com/file/rk5zok...ects%20Row.zip | |

Berniece Savi 28.01.2010 | nice! the midi fighter has been spotted! |
Edna Cuzzo 27.01.2010 | As a side note: http://www.synthtopia.com/content/20...ith-mainstage/ I'm on synthtopia! |
Edna Cuzzo 26.01.2010 | Oh really? Oops! I'll take a look at that when I get home and re-upload it for you guys. I've made a few changes too, so maybe i'll put up the revised (and improved) version instead. This may take until Friday so i can polish it up. I'm attempting to make the mapping work with only logic-plugins/defaults so you don't have to install any extra VSTs/AUs/etc. |

Edna Cuzzo 17.01.2010 | Amazingly enough, I do: It's [email protected] I've been fiddling a bit with it too; have some much more suitable effects. (Similar to the trance gater in traktor for one of them.) |
BOUVIER Pascal 16.01.2010 | Hey dude i'm massively psyched about your map. I'd love to give you a helping hand. you gotta googlewave account? we can share some ideas! |
BOUVIER Pascal 16.01.2010 | Yeah mine are blue. When I ordered it that was all you could have. Then a little later they allowed red also. I still want green! |

Edna Cuzzo 15.01.2010 | Yes they are! It came that way... It's #50 if that makes any difference... |
