Reply to Ean's Custom Midi-Fighter Question

In Ean's video about the customized Midi-fighters he explains about the one he modded for destroying beats. But he also mentions that the other one, with two knobs and two faders on the side, is for "cue point juggling and playing with sounds and tones." I was wondering if anyone knew what it did exactly
